The Big House was designed for gatherings. on the first floor, living, cooking and dining flow through the wide-open floor. The first floor is light-filled with 10' ceilingsplan large, formal living room has ample seating and a 60" smart TV. The first floor is wired with a built-in Bluetooth audio system.

The second-floor den is a versatile space. The large pocket doors and privacy curtains can be closed to isolate the den from the rest of the house. A great place to hang-out, watch movies, game, the den has a 60" smart TV and a Bluetooth radio. The sectional sofa converts to a queen bed, resulting in a private fifth bedroom with its own in-suite full bathroom.

Enjoy the weather from the third-floor roof deck. At 600sf the roof deck is huge by any standard. There are peak-a-boo views of the city, Elliot Bay and the mountains. The roof deck can be accessed from the third-floor landing or from the third-floor penthouse suite. Throw open the penthouses' french doors and enjoy a 1200sf indoor/outdoor living space with unparalleled privacy.
